What to bring:
Athletes should bring running shoes, spikes and plenty of water to every practice. Weather conditions will vary, athlethes should wear appropriate clothing.
What to expect:
Practices will begin with a warm-up run and followed by team stretching. Workouts will consist of skills that will help with endurance and form.
Inclement Weather :
We will attempt to post weather cancellations via GroupMe and text message. Practice will be stopped if there is heavy rain and/or lightning in the immediate area.
